For league and club admins

Every team's schedule in one league calendar, from whichever apps your coaches use

One coach runs their team in GameChanger, another in TeamSnap, the travel teams in LeagueApps. Parents ask you where the schedule is, and the website has a PDF that went stale in week two. iCal Merge pulls every team's calendar feed into one league calendar that updates itself. Put it on the club website, give each division its own link, and stop retyping game times.

How it works

  1. Collect each team's calendar link. GameChanger, TeamSnap, LeagueApps, SportsEngine and most other team apps publish an iCal (.ics) subscription link per team. Ask each coach for theirs, or copy it yourself if you have admin access.
  2. Add one source per team. Name each source after the team or division and every event shows it in front: "Mustang: vs. Eagles, Field 3". Give each team a colour so the merged calendar stays readable.
  3. Publish it. Families subscribe to one link in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. Paste the embed code into your club website and the schedule page keeps itself current. When a coach moves a game in their app, the league calendar follows.

One-way and read-only. Coaches keep running their teams in the app they already use. Nothing they or a parent does in a calendar app can change the league schedule, and you never have to ask anyone to switch platforms.

The honest limit: calendar apps check subscribed links on their own schedule, and Google Calendar can take several hours to pick up a change. The embedded schedule on your website updates as soon as the feed does.

What Pro adds for leagues

  • Up to 100 teams per calendar. The free plan stops at three sources, which covers a family, not a league.
  • A link for each division. Up to 10 extra feeds per calendar, each with only the teams you pick, so a U10 parent gets the U10 schedule and not the whole club's.
  • Refresh every 5 minutes. On a rain-out Saturday, the embedded schedule picks up a moved game within minutes instead of the free plan's hour.
  • An unbranded embed. The schedule on your site carries your club's name, not a "Powered by" badge.
  • Up to 10 calendars. Separate ones for spring and fall, or for each sport the club runs.
